NTL do need to sort thier billing out.
I was being charged ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£24.99 for a 3Mb line since they introduced them. I upgradted to a 10Mb line and my bill went to ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£37.99, and now they are reducing the bill to ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£34.99

Will they reduce this further to compete with Bulldog? Sure hope so...
ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£35 for a capped line is not on, even if it is 'up to' 10Mb.
Drop the cap and charge me ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£35, no problems.
