Latest update is as follows:
1) NTL billing think I'm on 2meg
2) Tech Support think I'm on 750k (Which doesn't exist any more)
3) the online check that was posted earlier on in the tread thinks I'm still on Dial-up.
My Mac address isn't registered with billing as I own my own modem. I now have to ring tech support
get them to walk me through how to register my mac address then ring CS and get them to but me on 2meg. Which I was already on and am getting billed for.
Jackthelad, Have you ever had a 2meg connection?
Also do you own your own modem?
