I got the same problem. Called CS on Saturday and again tonight. The outcome of tonights call is that "there must be something wrong with my PC! "
I see you're in Tamworth. Is it any coincidence that I'm in Hinckley?
How is your connection at the minute. I have just used "Dan Elwell's Speed Test" from

I am definately on a 705kbs connection.
