I've been suffering from a really poor connection today. Download speeds only use half of my full speed and drop to Zero every few seconds.

Also surfing the net is effected, with some webpages being painfully slow and others not loading at all.

I live in Hemel and just wonder if this is related to the Oil Depot Blast...
