1. Switch it off.
2. Wait 2 minutes.
3. Plug in ethernet between modem and router (and between router and PC)
4. Ensure router is OFF
5. Switch modem ON
6. Wait for lights to settle down
7. Switch on Router
8. Wait for router to settle down#
9. Switch on PC
If it still doesn't work, we can start thinking about a dodgy e-net port on the modem ...
