Last Monday 5th December, I phoned cs for the 10mb upgrade where a DD was setup for and a SACM installation was arranged for 7th December, come 8:15 AM the SACM had been installed "Eng:Have you got your pin" "Me:Only the one I've had for the past 3 Years" "Eng:No that won't work, call cs for another one, and then wait 1 hour before trying to register" and then the engineer left, so 9:00 AM I phoned cs for the pin "CS:We are currently having problems with generating pin numbers, please wait up to 7 days to receive yours" 7 days after I originally phoned for the upgrade and 5 days after the SACM was installed I still haven't received the pin number (even though I've received the premium customer letter and the new DD account letter), so how much longer will it take, and when the SACM is eventually registered will the ethernet port on the sTB be switched off or will I have to contact cs to do this.
