Same here in NE Lincs area spent more time on the phone to tech support i think i might be invited to the staff xmas party
,looks like i am going to have to do the same as the last time this plagued me. Keep ringing and evebtually someone will take notice last time they waived the bill for 3 months till the prob was sorted
