Nidge,

if he's on the network wireless why not make a different security key or even better you must be able to disable the wireless totally and another thing that you might try is setting up CLIENT IP filters if the linksys got those but I think they have so perhaps thats an idea as well. other then that just connect your own pc to the modem directly when you dont want him using it
