Dear Mr xxxxxxx
Your Broadband service just got better!
Christmas has come early - as you're a premium customer you will be amongst the first to be upgraded to our new 10Mb package.
Please note that download speeds are dependent upon set-top box capability. Your curent set-top box is capable of supporting speeds upto 5mb, so that is the maximum you will recieve after the upgrade - which is still almost double your current speed, and at no extra cost.
If you wish we will visit your home to upgrade your set-top box so that you can benefit from the full power of ntl 10Mb Broadband (subject to £50 upgrade charge). For more information visit www.ntlworld.com/stb
As well as a faster downloads, you'll get:
* Lower price from £37.99 to £34.99 early in 2006
* Quicker uploads increased from 300K to 512K
* More usage - more than double your monthly allowance from 30GB to 75GB
* Enhanced security with ntl Netguard for constant PC protection - worth over £40! Download it FREE now at www.ntlworld.com/netguard.
* FREE entertainment - get 'Broadband Plus' which includes premium music, games, photos and kids content worth £30 per month
If you don't have Broadband Plus today simply go to www.ntlworld.com/broadbandplus to register. If you already have Broadband Plus the charge will be removed from your bill in December.
We'll automatically upgrade your service in December and reduce your bill to £34.99 early in 2006.
We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Yours Sincerely
Bill Goodland
Internet Director
Note: 10Mb service subject to modem capability and assumes components working at optimum speed and capacity.
