I just got off the phone from NTL an hour back, they pointed me to the web page that says £50 if i want upgrade now etc... The polite lady at CS didn't mention the charge at all when she showed me, she was just showing me that my STB is capable of 5mbps only. Anyway they are coming round on Saturday to install my upgrade for free lol
