Sounds like your internet isnt working to me

Check that your PC is getting the correct IP Address, not a 16x.xx.xx.xx address.

Check the cable coming from outside is screwed into the modem correctly. Ive had a couple of problems with it coming loose before.

See if anyone else in your road is having a problem. It could be local.
