I've just got NTL 1meg BB istalled and I have to say I am very impressed. The engineer turned up on time, took only 10 mins to install and, after I ran the CD, the broadband worked straight away.

I only have one problem and I would appreciate any help.

I am running win xp and have 3 user accounts, 1 for each member of my household.
I ran the CD logged on as myself, but the BB has not been set up on the other user accounts.
I have tried running the CD when I am logged on one of the other user accounts, but it says it cannot connect to NTL.
I have a cable modem connected to the ethernet port.
I know there is probably a really simple sollution, and I am being thick but there is a 30min queue on the tech support line, so I would really appreciate any help.
