noticed I was only gettin 750k on my 2mb connection a few days ago, so phoned them yesterday and after speaking to 3 different ppl and being told to reboot and check for spyware and stuff
i eventually got told i had been put on to 750k!? for overuse.
which seems strange as everyone else seems to have been put on 512k? i am sure i have gone way over 30gig with all the stuff i have had from newsgroups lately
but i never had a letter.
although i phoned again later and asked to be put on 10meg
and they said ok and they would do it, but i am still waiting, so i am guessing i am locked to 750k?
