It's all pretty disappointing so far.
I've got an NTL:100 modem and according to
http://www.irishisptest.com/myspeed/ I'm getting 3.63Mbps with an upstream of 492Kbps.
In fact, I was getting a faster connection last week before the official launch.
Is anyone else in Glasgow having the same experience? Should I be phoning NTL or are they still working on the upgrade?
