I just phoned the number listed on the
http://www.ntlworld.com/toolsservice...ration/website (0800 052 2000 option 2) and after 15 minutes on hold was told that I couldn't upgrade to 10MB via my STB, and would have to call sales to get a SACM instead which I did and one will be installed free of charge on Wednesday 7th December, so I don't know why the website is talking about a £50 fee.
