NTL blocking themselves?

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a specific reason. Check the address and try again. If it still fails, contact your system administrator.
<ntlworld.com #4.0.0 smtp;451 Dynamic IP Addresses See: http://www.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml?82.1.*.*>

Rollocks. Given that the IP address quoted is NTL, and SORBS does report it as blocked, does this mean that NTL are blocking their own servers??

(This was the return from an e-mail I sent FROM my NTL address TO a non-NTL address).
