Since my 10 meg service consistently gave a 9 meg download this morning but now it gives an average of around 3 meg then I wanted to see whether the signal levels were OK. So, I have power cycled the modem and used "root" twice - that failed. I power cycled again and used "admin" twice but that too failed. Incidentally, I have tried to log in with blanks too but that did not work either.
