I wish they would upgrade rather then keep shuffling heavy users about because if it is like this now with just the top tier upgraded what will it be like when everyone is upgraded.
The thing is the speed is quoted at up to 10mb, speed test site are also only a rough indication of speeds too. One more thing altough people will have the ability to get 10mb, there are multiple factors that will effect us reaching those speeds
