I'm still only touching at about 5MB with my NTL:Home 100, Do you guys suggest I phone NTL and tell them that i'm only getting 5mb?

Just plugged modem directly into PC, I get 10MB full, I Plug into router, I get 5MB, Glad i checked this, got a Linksys BEFSR41 (Latest firmware (1.46.02, Aug 03 2004)), Going to see if it's possible to get 10mb out of it some how
