The routers have ALWAYS been misbalanced in leicester lol.
Also, this you need a new modem is codswallop. I had a 3100 SB and swapped it out for a 120 in my Loft and am getting identical results. Other people in Leicester are rompping along at full speed. looks like some of us are hooked up to the crap UBR here. My speed goes from 1MB at peak time to 6-7 Mbit at about 6 am. Clearly a saturation issue..........
