Well I know your list is at least partially out of date Bambi since although I've not checked the whole thing but the IP addresses for the Manchester proxies were reassigned not long ago and you have the old numbers still. Robin Walker's list is rather out of date also these days also. The lists maintained by the forum (in Paul's post) are kept in tip-top condition, and
my list is also up to date (last time I checked it anyway...)
