Jeez give Chrysalis a break here, the post was obviously to highlight a problem with pings.
Any other topic and it would have been merged somewhere else or converted into a new topic.
Or failing that if it was a Billing Issue slating NTL there would have been offers of help to escalate it to NTLs contacts flooding in.
Instead of help being offered the first intervention is to ignore the OP problem and others with the same and single out Chrysalis long post.
Anyhows back on topic, have you guys called Tech Support and reported these issues, I know it probably will not get you any further but maybe worth a shot.
