To NTL CS i gave them a call this morning about the said 10 meg and if i could join in the trial. The lady on the other end said yes its up and running in your area and you could get on the trial. After all the chat about its only a trial and you might not get full speed blaa blaa blaa. she said right now thats done with all you goto do is reboot the modem and youll be on the 10 meg.
Why Why Why do thay have to lie to me ive rebooted once no joy again no joy left it off for 8 hours while i was at work no joy. thats is one of the worst offeces in my book for CS staff

and thats to lie lie and lie again.
why not just say no you cant have it till december FFS.
