just got off the phone with NTL..i asked about the upgrade to 10Mbit (i am on 2Mbit atm)..she said yes it's in my area(grimsby) and would i like to upgrade at a cost of £37.99 a month...so i said 'i thought it was going across all tiers and the cost would be on the monthly cap...' no sorry was the reply thats not avalible in my area....bummer
...looks like i will have to wait a bit longer,a extra few months or so will not hurt..as i'v only been waiting 4 years for a decent connection from NThell..
