Ive not disconnected once since getting the new modem an have full dl speeds. so from where i sit it definently is the modems.

I agree it is the modems but was told today otherwise. Was told the 100 and above were more than capable and they would only be replacing older or faulty modems
Will wait to see if this "firmware" upgrade has cured it
