Basically i started to have slow downloads.

The average speed are:

Download Speed: 280 kbps (35 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 68 kbps (8.5 KB/sec transfer rate)

I am on a 1MB connection.

I have noticed the U/S and D/S lights are constantly on. When i unplugg the modem and reboot it the speed is fine then it starts to detoriate.
