After speaking to CS yesterday and being told by someone that I could get the 10mb upgrade and he would do it right away but it would take upto 24hrs for the changes to take effect, i waited nearly 24hrs and nothing.
So I phoned CS back up today and spoke to someone else and explained that I was upgraded yesterday but my modem hasnt had the new config file sent to it. She looked into my account and said I was still on the 3mb service and 10mb hasnt been released yet but she would check why I was told yesterday that I could have it. 2mins later she came back to me and said 'Oh the 10mb option is there for me to setup, ill upgrade you now, I havent done this before but we will see what happens' ... 1min later my modem reset and im now on 10mb
Think it all depends on who you speak to in CS, most of them havent been told about the 10mb upgrade, but if they are willing to look into it for you then you should get the upgrade.
