I noticed a routing change now and I am hoping this will mean an end to the amsterdam congestion, outgoing routes from ntl are now going through redbus uk and handing over there.

9 redb-ic-1-as0-0.inet.ntl.com (213.105.174.138) 19.471 ms 32.935 ms 20.259 ms
10 ldn-s2-rou-1002.UK.eurorings.net (195.66.224.54) 20.239 ms 23.930 ms 18.639 ms

Unfortenatly the return route still comes back the same way leaving the same throughput issues, but this could be work in progress and I am hoping ntl will change it, they also changed some cogent routes for me after I requested it so their attitude seems to be changing.

This maybe should have been in a new thread since its relevant to all of ntl not just Leics but since gamers are mostly posting here and there is new ones popping up I kept it here.
