Modem just restarted, Thought I might of got lucky and recieved 10mb, Went to check the CM config (
http://192.168.100.1) and shows still as 3mb, Looks like they just did it to upgrade my Firmware? now says:
Software Upgrade File Name : ntlhm100_ntl0002.cpr said ntl0001 earlier...

*Edit* Modems just restarted about 4 more times since then dunno whats goin off :S
