No, he quite clearly stated what i said above. I was gobsmacked to be honest. I said to him that in order for me to get SKY+ (if i wanted it), it would cost me an arm and a leg. He said i would have to have the above setup in order to get SKY+, other customers have to do it. It felt like he didn't want me to have it if anything
It tipped me in NTL's direction after that convo.
