How long did you have to wait for your modems to get the new config file. I spoke to CS this morning who said that he had upgraded me, but still not getting 10mb, looked at my modem config, rebooted modem serveral times but nothing.
Should it have happened very straight away, its been 10hrs, i take it that its not going to happen now
