You know this is actually getting frustrated.

Frustrated that I dont yet have an upgrade - NO.
Simply frustrated that different people are told different information and some get it and some dont.

I really think that a letter to NTL is coming to tell them to get their staff informed better. Not that it will do any good as they never seem to reply to any of my correspondance
