Seriously, it's not that bad, and I'm sure NTL have unlimited accounts all waiting for us at reasonable prices - otherwise they'd be shooting themselves in the foot.
My only dalliance with CS was not a good one I have to say. Fellow told me I had too many things running in the background when my connection was erratic. I had a Win98 barebones system stripped down and hardly registering a pip on CPU usage. Turned out it was just a box fault down the road and as I was being fed this tripe by the CS bloke there was an NTL man outside having a bacon butty just before he was going to do the work.
