They will want to get the channel on NTL if for no other reason than because the amount you can sell your advertising space for depends on the size of your audience. It's not in their interests to deny the channel to NTL. I expect there is some backroom horse-trading going on over what NTL want to charge them for carriage. I would be very surprised if it's not there within about 6 months.
