My Firmware has been upgraded to the file mentioned on this thread for my NTL 120, But I only have these speeds!,

1st 128K took 187 ms = 700920 Bytes/sec = approx 5832 kbits/sec
2nd 128K took 203 ms = 645675 Bytes/sec = approx 5372 kbits/sec
3rd 128K took 188 ms = 697191 Bytes/sec = approx 5801 kbits/sec
4th 128K took 203 ms = 645675 Bytes/sec = approx 5372 kbits/sec

Is this still a Network issue?. Please help.
