Just re-booted my 120 and got the new firmware, am now getting much better speeds:

Have to cancel the 250 upgrade when NTL call me

Congrats to NTL on sorting this out in a timely manner! And despite being on hold a lot over the last week (and one techie that insisted that the issue was caused by spyware on my pc!) I have to praise NTL staff for their hard work and professionalism -- THANKS PEOPLE!
