i think "from wednesday" because last week when the notice of major work on the network in england appeared on the server status page people started to report faster speeds were there were none before, now a week later they add a second notice listing other parts of the country including belfast.
No other reason. not that im in any hurry but it just seemed to be similar in pattern to the previous week with various parts of england. Time will tell.
