Ok 2 bits of good news
1 - Thanks to Jill again I have a 250 modem and an engineer fixed some loss with my line, this has improved things during peak time for me by a considerable amount.
2 - I asked the engineer some questions and the part of Leics near braunstone park will have broadband by xmas if the trial that starts next week goes to plan, which is good news for my sister
