Well I got upgraded yesterday as it seems a few people in the area have been done, so I thought I'd phone up and see. The chap I spoke to was very helpful and apologised that the upgrade hadn't gone through automatically as he seemed to think it should've. I have a Terayon TJ210 and despite information in this thread, I can confirm that my one at least can cope with 10Mbit. I get 1.1Mb/sec downloads from my news-server and Fileplanet. The guy on the phone said in theory the Terayon's could cope with 38Mbit. So there we go, 8 years on and still happy with NTL
