Today i called again, i asked if 10mbit was in my area, they said only testers have it and that i can't, i then asked if i could have a sacm and he said sure we can just change the way you recieve the internet for free (pakistan guy), he then put me through to sales (i thought the sales guy would deny that it was free) , the sales guy instantly said "So you want the 10meg?" i replied "indeed i do!" he's arranged for my modem to be installed on thursday for free and 10mbit upgrade!

What a nice chap you sound like. Such a wonder why the first 'stupid woman' you spoke to didn't do exactly as you demanded first time really....
