PS what's the betting I'm now paying ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£37.99 for the privilege of spending hours going through this rubbish, with the outcome being that I am still on my existing 1Meg connection, never getting anything higher than about 740k.
