I have an NTL250 modem and I upgraded from the 24.99 pachage (2MB) up to the 37.99 and receive the 10MB service I only upgraded last thu/fri all worked perf until today. My speeds are all over the place getting results as low as 1MB and under!
Should have stayed on the 2MB service as I was on that for months and I never had any probs at all!
Teach me for being gready. I would recommend to others to wait before requesting the upgrade.
