Thought it might be a problem registering the modem against the account somehow. Doubt if it's a problem with IE not allowing a HTTPS site to function correctly but you never know. |
I just tried autoreg.autoregistration.net now and it WORKS!!! Well I guess he might not have problems if he does get a router.
But this was all a good waste of 4days. Formatting. Messing with 4 other computers. Trips up to his house back down to mine.
What if he had to pay a computer engineer to fix the so called broken computer or broken IE? Do you think NTL would compensate him for the wasted time and money?
Is it worth trying to get them to compensate him?
