I did try reading through all the posts but at around 15 pages my eyes started to bleed
Could someone please explain to me what tier my connection is as I am a little confused from what ppl have been saying and I am trying to work out when I will be getting the 10mb upgrade. I know it will come when it comes but just out of curiosity really.
When I joined NTL I subscribed to a 512k connection. Now since then my speed increased to 1mb (for free) and then to 3mb (for free). So I am still paying the £24.99 a month but have a 3mb line. Now other ppl have been saying they are paying the £37 (well thirty-something) for their 3mb line. Now seeing as it has been said that the 3mb customers will get the 10mb upgrade first does that mean I am included in that (as my speed is now 3mb) or are they referring to the ppl who bought the 3mb when it first came out (i.e. when i was on the original 512k)?
