Great. Spoke to TS and the TS guy said the webspace is fine. I didn't change anything though. No firewall, no malware, correct settings, tried different computers. The website is up and running, but FTP access is not working. TS say they can access via
ftp://username:password@upload.ntlworld.com . I can't though! Either connection failure or IO error.
This really is annoying.
