I need your help.
Until recently I had no problems accessing our NTL webspace via FTP using the following data:
server:
upload.ntlworld.com
port:
21
username:
our NTL username
password:
our NTL password
A week or two ago it suddenly stopped working. I now get the following error message:
IO Error: Unexpected null reply received
I get the same error if I use the standard browser upload.
All our files are still on the webspace and our website at
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/ourNTLusername/ is working fine. I simply can't access it anymore to upload/download files. I tried other FTP software and other computers, but no luck.
Can anyone help?
