Hi folks, Ive been following this forum for a few days now with interest, so today phoned NTL to get upgraded. Nice bloke did the business for me and told me to turn off the modem for 15 minutes and it would all be sorted. I have now gone online after several hours and tried a speed test with PC Pitstop ........... gave me a reading of Download 1046 KBS and Upload 466 KBS. Something doesn't seem right. There was another speed test on here but I can't find it ......... nor for some reason on NTL ......... can someone please help. I am in Cardiff and he did explain that it was only a pilot test, but does the fact that I am using a Terayon TJ210 make a difference???
