When I phoned to check about the upgrade I was told that I would have to change from Stb(samsung 3 meg from first availability) to SACM to get the 10meg and that if I wanted it now I would be charged to have the SACM fitted.
WTF are they on about, I have been with them for 11 years and they don't give a stuff.
