Yes I know - it is. The point I was making was I'm not sure if that means it does not work at all on the 10Meg service (i.e. no more than 3 Meg) - or if its supposed to work higher than 3Meg but not make the full 10 Meg...
As I can get no more then 3 Meg I'm not sure if the modem is the problem or if the upgrade it the problem,,,
