Ive rung NTL 3 times so far and been told that I could not be upgraded.

Looks like it might be getting harder to get upgraded rather than easier.

I would have thought that if the confusion were due to cs staff not having read their emails properly that it might get easer to find one that actually knew the correct details.

Maybe i am just plain unlucky.
